I would love, love to see multi-track phrase generation. Could you tell us what the road map for that looks like? Timeline and what version we could expect that on?
Also, part writing can be implemented using the new note forwarding feature if you set it up right.

Multi-track phrase generation - I think Attila will make this happen in a 'major version' update, sometime in the new year...

OpusModus, written in Lisp has an interesting function called "Chorialis" that does this.

Description:
"The function CHORALIS returns four voice polyphony (soprano, alto, tenor and bass) by sorting the voices and taking the closest path to the previous chord. There are three path options: :closest, :relative and :comparative."
OpusModus is nice but not much of a GUI, no VST hosting, and VERY complex. Still it has features that are fantastic.
NOTE:
I would love to see the splitting of voices as well so we could easily output our material to separate sections V1 V2 Vla Cel Bss etc. I haven't dug at all into the AI functions so maybe that would solve the puzzle.
