Any VST synth/instruments that can change 440 to 432 Hz tuning beside Pianoteq?

one of the points of a VI Pro supporting scala is to get a just type of intonation in one matrix at one tonic and another at another tonic, say we're changing key one way or another, for a sort of best of both worlds, the simpler concords such as winds and strings ensembles gravitate to while not being stuck as we modulate etc. And there are things like a _well-tempered clavier_ or Werckmeister 3 which are not not 12th root of 2-derived and not considered by those who use it for that period and style, up to and including 24 keys, as 'overkill' particularly.

what about the manual?
p. 199, 12.1.15 keyboard tuning section
Master Tune
The default is A=440 Hz, but with this control you can adjust the master tuning of Pigments from 400-480 Hz. Hold [Ctrl] and drag the knob to adjust the tuning in 0.1 increments. Double-click to reset.

Thanks for that. I just opened up Pigments to take a look and I did find it now, after reading your post. I guess that I was partially blind, because it's not exactly hidden.

I admit to very rarely reading manuals. I was going through scores of synths when doing that project, and whenever I run into issues with a synth, I'll often just ditch it from the project, and choose something else that'll work, as time is often of the essence.

Well tempered tunings have unequal ratios between intervals, just like just intonation. So of course micro-tuning is necessary for that. I said it was overkill specifically for equal temperament, since a simple pitch knob will do that for you.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

It should be standard and an obvious no brainer feature to be included on all synths, but as I found out recently, it's not.

I was working on a track that had some pre recorded tracks that were at 450, and I found out that some of the synths I had in my collection could not be used on the project because the synths did not have a global master tune function.

So for that project, I had to eliminate some of my synths, and only use the synths I had that could be global master tuned.

As an example, Arturia Pigments which I recently bought fell into the unusable category, which was surprising to me, since it gets a lot of praise here, but unless I am totally blind, I was not able to find any global master tune function on Pigments.

People claim it's so advanced etc., yet it lacks the most basic feature that even decades old synths from the 1970's have?
Weird. It's literally one value you need when you set up your note frequency table anyways, so why not expose it to the user?
I started on Logic 5 with a PowerBook G4 550Mhz. I now have a MacBook Air M1 and it's ~165x faster! So, why is my music not proportionally better? :(
