Not trying to relate this to you personally, but from my own on-line experience, it's hard to tell whether a person you do not know in person is "joking" or is outright dishonest. "Joker" narrative went too far.

You make good products, so the hyperbolic praises are mostly about expressing appreciation and I doubt they are meant to bust your chops. Anyhow, I am only speaking for myself and my joke was related to the original magic hyperbole or whatever that was.

You can use both tools very well as a guide for a balanced mix. Both use different references, I liked Teote more (and since then I use Teote on my mixes). You just have to be a bit careful with the number of bands. You never really need the maximum number and that makes a very big difference in CPU load.

Sorry to continue... but when you run on-line business, when somebody "jokes" or "lies" (irrelevant), you have to spend a lot of time fixing inexistent issues in software. It's serious.
