I have recently sent them a few emails, both replying to former emails and using their support web page, and I have had no reply so far. Also, their FaceBook page has nothing new since October 2021...

UPDATED-. It took them some time, but they finally replied; it looks like they are quite busy.

Yeah, the Mac Audio Apps v2 release was a little insane, combined with Covid, summer time, and the regular madness...but that said, that really shouldn't factor in to support response times. Mea culpa.
Which is why we just hired more support staff

Regarding FB....we're focusing more on Twitter and Instagram.

Necrobump. Has anyone had any luck contacting Zynaptiq lately? I've sent them 3 messages in the past 3 weeks about upgrading to the latest ZAP bundle but I'm getting no responses. I also checked my spam folder and there's nothing in there.

Same issue with Morph3 not working AT ALL, well not for more than a few seconds !!

I tried and tried and tried but never got any reply. I stopped buying from Zynaptiq now.
