It says that newcomer should be able to create new topic if the button is there. I clicked "new topic" button, and when I click submit everything gone without any warning message.

Please report this to our authorities in Site Stuff with as much details as you can. At least in what subforum did that happen.
Then there's the spam filter that might have been triggered by certain words or links. I dunno what happened, could have been a glitch. There are people with next to no history starting topics quite often.

I understand the necessity, even if it's a bit of an inconvenience. 5 posts isn't too bad.

Looking forward to becoming a part of the forum, I should have been posting rather than lurking for a while now.

The first post and reply is about needing 5 post and 14 days to buy/sell (which I also wait for), not about able or not able to create new topic isn't it? or Is it? Oh guide me for I seeketh the righteous path

What I did, i went to 5 different forum topics and commented. That unlocked the buy/sell forum for me

Update: I could start a topic now, maybe glitch as you said. If it's spam filter shouldn't I be warned what do I do wrong. Anyway many thanks, my problem solved now .

I feel like they should make private DMs possible, even for new accounts verified through gmail. I am trying to buy something of this on guy on the buy/sell forum, but there is no way for me to contact him, unless I wait 14 days. There has got to be a better solution.
