I’d like to see CLAP version. Leave the complex modulations to the host!

It's a bit buggy for me (win 10 using reaper). Have had a high percentage ctds relative to how many times I've tried it. Haven't tried it in waveform yet. Oddity2 is damned good.

@plexuss: thought that was Tangerine Dream for a moment. That was pretty cool. I'd recommend TD's Horizon song if you've never heard it. Good stuff starts about 4:00 - 4:30 minutes in.

All the G-force stuff is really good, but MAN do I wish they'd design a better patch browser. That's always been the weak point with their stuff for me.

Don’t hold your breath. I once asked for them to support the entire MIDI spec and their polite response was, “we’re done.” I can’t really remember a GForce plugin where it got much love after a few months of release, except to release a v2.

It’s true. They’ve never made any changes after release. And I’ve rarely even seen a bug fix. They get it stable and then leave it. I can respect that approach. However hopefully there are V3’s at some point of their emulations. I’m pretty sure I saw something recently about how they were going to be updating their stuff eventually.

GForce is an interesting company. What I mean is, like Cherry Audio, they're in the sim business. The difference with GForce is they only have a handful of synths and, of all inventors, Tom Oberheim sought them out for his suff. Pretty impressive. Probably why you can count all their synths on one hand.

There's no denying that they're brilliant at what they do.

I would love to install Imposcar 2 again but alas, no native m1 versions as of yet that I'm aware of

don't know about everything, but there was definitely mention of minimonsta getting some sort of update.
if they're still working on the older stuff, i can only guess that the others would follow.

Don't understand why there is no uninstallers with GForce. Same with u-he. With Gforce you have to run the installer again then deselect the synth in the install procedure. This should uninstall it, but it didn't for me.

With Gforce don't try something like this(like i did a month ago or so): 1. Install one of their synths(don't remember which it was - i think Minimonsta). 2. Then deleting the installed GForce synth folder, then trying to install it again. Why? Because it will wipe out the whole folder where all your synths are. Don't know if this would happen to everyone, but for me it happend. I think this happens when you use another folder structure to install the synth the second time. It then tries to "move" the vst but instead as i said deletes the whole vst folders of you synths because there is nothing to move. Ofcourse user error, but uninstaller is nice to have i think.

I had to use restore point in Windows to get back the vst folder of synths. But then the Factory Content of the sampled synths wasn't there, so a bit work to do.

This definitely is not user error!!! This is a deal breaking installer bug!!! Report it and they should be ashamed and fix it…
If an installer is able to delete a folder which does not belong to its own installation, its a dangerous piece of software. I would call it unintended malware…

I own Oddity2, Imposcar2, Minimonsta.

Imposcar2 crashes if your project has higher sampling rate than 96kHz. Oddity2 and Minimonsta works as expected. These days, I work in 192kHz most time :(

Anyway, I'm satisfied with sound and presets. Still waiting for v2.5 update for Windows :) The last update for Windows was released in 2013.

I bought Imposcar two days ago, and only now downloaded it. It seems its fixed, as a new version was released yesterday and has a dedicated uninstaller. Thats for Mac though. Just check it…
