he's not replying to OP but the guy who lists Ukraine in his location(s).

@Dombaeb : have you looked at the offline activation for PA plugins? Maybe that will work if online doesn't.

use a vpn?

Yes, that's just the way it is... you only buy the rights to use the plug-ins. But the plugins do not belong to you.

Btw.. this is the first time I have heard of software companies revoking licences for Russian users. The only way I can explain this is that there are also sanctions against the transfer of technology to Russia... in this context that would also affect software (i.e. licensing).
But it was to be expected that other areas in Russia would also be affected by the sanctions. As long as the war criminal Putin sits in the Kremlin, this will not change. The next few years will unfortunately be very complicated and difficult for the Russian people.

It boggles my mind why do people bother with software that needs Internet access for authentication. What if the company goes out of business and it happens that you need to reinstall and activate everything back again?

Sorry, I'am read badly what wrote TS.
In this case, it is necessary to solve the issue with the company that recalled the license. Only the developer can explain why he decided to do so.
Thanks for the support of my European friend!
I lived in Ukraine until March 11, now came to relatives in Munich.

Why do people always imply that, when a company goes out business, they do nothing at all to provide their customers with ways to activate the software?

That's not my experience at all. For example, two webspace providers I had webspace with went out of business. In both cases, I was warned a year before they shut own their servers that I have to backup my files.

With license authorizations, there's always the possibility to change or remove the activation methods.

It's really not common that they go out of business from one day to the other, and leave their customers in the rain.

They think it's good publicity to be seen to be 'taking a stand'. Bonus points for changing their social media avatars to a Ukrainian flag.

Putin sucks and must be offed but any company revoking paid for licenses from musicians anywhere will never have my money again. I will let people know about it and encourage piracy of their products.
