Optimize MacOS for Audio and Music Production

I am planning to buy a macbook pro with m1 Pro, 1tb and.... 16gb of ram.

Just curious if the people in this thread have encountered any issue with 16gb.
I use Bitwig with izotope neutron, ozone and some VSTs like vital, serum, pigments 3,novum, the reason rack, the legend, obsession, iris 2 and some I can't remember now.

I have a mac mini m1 already with 8gb and don't remember having any issue even if I don't think I used izotope with it.

Yet I am still asking for double precaution.

I generally don't keep my computers for more than 4 years so I am not a strong believer of max out stuffs just for future proofing at 10 years.

You'll be fine with 16gb if you haven't noticed problems with 8gb.
