For free I'd look at Trikits Krush: https://www.tritik.com/product/krush/
Also has a filter and some simple LFO modulation, nicely crunchy.
For $5 (at the mo...), AudioThing Crusher: https://www.audiodeluxe.com/products/au ... gs-crusher
Buy it now and get AudioThings Texture granular reverb thing too for free. Don't know how long that offer lasts

The Tritik one is good, I came to say that too. I haven't tried the paid version, I wonder what the "wavecrush" thing is...
And thanks for the tip on the AudioThing plug-in. 5 bucks for that is worth considering.

Bumping old topic! Yeah!
Looking for update (it needs bigger UI and possibility to type values/fine tuning), but sounds great.

Personally, I think it's good forum etiquette to do a search for a topic before I post a new one. And if it exists, use it! That's just how I operate. So yeah, I will bump up old threads over and over during my tenure here.
Other forums lock threads after a certain number of months, or allow a user to denote if a question has been answered, etc. This is more a forever conversation type forum.
Also, old threads are indexed and rank high on google searches (search any plugin and it is KRV, Gearspace, and Reddit posts).
