Vocals sound dry, need your expert opinions

I agree with darkinners, something about it sounds a little 'tinny', so acoustics may be a factor here. I'd use a transient shaper and lower the sustain to bring your voice out more. I personally use iZotope's De-Reverb, but I think Waves Smack Attack also works very well for this purpose and is more affordable. For the rap, I'd try putting a slap delay on it. Then tie it together with a compressor on the master, I've found Pular Mu or IK Multimedia's EQ-PA to be great for helping a stand out vocal play nicely with the instrumental, especially if you're trying to mix a 2-track.
