Also, DPI setting is a mess on Windows, it gives a wrong user-experience. Instead of using DPI, we are scaling UI controls to physical resolution of the main screen. This isn't perfect if a user has a mix of HD and 4K monitors connected, but I've yet to hear a bug report. This isn't related to Cubase resizing bug, though.

Is there an update to Free Span as well or is it exclusive to the paid version Aleksey ?

SPAN already received an update before. Most changes mentioned are exclusive to SPAN Plus, and are not available in the free SPAN.

Nonetheless it´s only your plugins where this is happening... and not with all of them but just a few... sadly the more impotant ones like the EQ´s, SPAN, Soniformer...

So you must have made something different with these plugins, which breaks the way Cubase is scaling atm...
With plugins of other companies it doesn´t happen...

It's possible, VST3 is not straight-forward. Which exact plugins work correctly in Cubase, the plugins with smooth real-time window resizing specifically?

Just a note that Reaper, Ableton Live and the latest FLStudio 21 do not seem to have an issue with resizable VST3 Voxengo plugins (Windows 4K, 300% DPI scale). There's VST3 spec discrepancy if it's not Cubase's bug.

I've reported and explained the bug to Steinberg staff - it was already noticed. Hopefully, it will be fixed, or I would get direction how to fix it on my side.

Yes, the issue is with the resizeable Voxengo plugins (but no others I own) and correct, there is absolutely no problem in any other DAW apart from Cubase so it´s definetely their fault...
Perhaps they listen to you as this issue is known since 2012 (was the first forum thread I found at Steinberg which described this behaviour) and was never adressed...
