This recently got an update to 1.1
It is now stable for me at least. No more crashes or sound muting on module/section changes and GUI navigation. Stomp section works and passes audio.

I gave this a good try last night and was really impressed. The Soldano sounds great and is in my opinion easily the best free high gain amp sim out there right now. I was actually even more excited about the Laney, as you don't see this amp done elsewhere. I don't care if it's an inexpensive solid state amp, it sounds great and has a distintive sound which is very attractive. How good the Laney amp sim is didn't appear to me until I used it with external IRs though, the included 1x12 combo doesn't do it justice. I really look forward to what else these guys are working on next though

I just tried it and thought it was pretty good. Liked it better than some commercial amp/fx plugins I've tried.
And the version listed on their site is: v 1.0.1
Might keep other schmucks like myself from going over there thinking there is a newer version.

Hej Guys, i'm not a pro, i just "fiddle" around with my guitar. But i was looking for a motivation and to improve the sound of my guitar. So i found the neurontube: debut.
Yesterday i downloaded (latest version for Ubuntu) and installed it. The software went fine (just a crash with a special input choice). I used it with a Steinberg UR22 MK2. The Testsound was fine, and the input signal was found (at least i saw, that the input signal went up when i played my guitar). But i was not able to create any sound and was very frustrated after 2 hours of testing and trying to make the software work as desired...
Can anyone support me with some help to get a sound out of the software ?
As mentioned, i use Ubuntu (23.10), a Steinberg UR22 MK2 and a Ibanez guitar. I'm not very experienced with amps and all the sound technic, so be patiened with me...
