Native Instruments Guitar Rig might be an option but i haven't used it for ages. I seem to remember it doing at least one artist equipment (amplifiers/effects racks) re-creation which of the band Rammstein (the additional plugin was called "Rammfire").
Also as mentioned above IK Multimedia have guitar amplifier emulations in their product range but whether they cover specific artists is something to look into.
