Try the online live chat first (at inMusic). You get answers very quickly there, while ticket responses take a vAIRy long time.

I don't know but it crashes on me every time in my DAW which is Bitwig. I'm using the very latest version and have contracted Brainworx and Plugin Alliance about it and they don't know when they will update it.

P.S. it's been crashing for the last 3 years. I keep trying it now and then. it worked for a bit 2 OSX updates ago.
