Polivoks Filter VST?

I think it's just a stock Korg Electribe kick (the sampling version) with some "tube distortion" and compression.

The polivoks filter uses a weird amplifier (cd4069 logic inverter. It's actually a Russian chip that's is similar but has a different name) for the amplifier core of its filter. It makes for some spiffy distortion and as you add the stages of the filter together these distortions add up in fun ways. If you're interested in diy FX the core chip is insanely cheap and easy to use for many many things. They can also make some very spiffy analog 808 kicks and stuff. Worth building. Anyway I'd reach for a VST filter that allows for direct feedback via patching (Reaktor, VCV, MXXX etc) along with good control of the in and out gain to get something with a similar vibe.
