It really depends on what you’re after. If you like that digital sound, the Eventide plugins are great. The Soundtoys stuff is still pretty good too. Ubermod by Valhalla is great. Some of the old legacy Audio Damage plugins are still great and free. The U-He Ubik bundle is another great one.
For more analog types, I like the Arturia FX Collection, U-He Colour Copy, Satin, anything Softube. The Moogerfooger bundle is great.

Some of my faves:
- Clearmountain Phases
- BigRock Phaser <- BUT the company that makes this (Arts Acoustic IIRC) apparently stopped updating it and I understand it has some bad bugs on newer systems/DAWs like noise bursts
- Multiply
- Softube Fix stuff
- Stunning Phaser
- Thorus
- Liquid Mod 2 by Nomad Factory
- HOFA System 1 Chorus upgrade (may be part of a mod pack, I forget)

A well-behaved signature.

Mobilohm. Ohmforce have very recently opened up their old plugins for free. Still one of the best phasers IMO despite its age - can use it more like a traditional filter at extremes, it's that good. Up to 4 independent phasers with a huge amount of control and a very lush sound. There's a reason OhmForce were considered top plugins despite their age now. While you're at it get free Ohmboyz delay too - still one of the best delays IMO.
That and Phazor - already mentioned here previously for more of a traditional phaser sound.
