Bought it this time.
The divide-down osc tuning is a big improvement and IMO a must-have feature on this kind of emulations.

And I don't know who suggested the original key-range restriction but that's something I've always been doing with a midi note filter plugin on synths and keyboard emus.
Considering the plugin now restricts the playable range by itself, it's nice to be able to assign the Philicorda switches to off-range keys on the lower or upper octaves, which is something I couldn't do with the midi note filter.


May I ask if the Wurlitzer is getting close to completion or still deep in the research/development phase?

The Wurlitzer emulation is done, we are doing the final rounds of checks/fine-tuning, and preparing the content. It should be available in a few weeks.

No additional discounts are available right now, but we might consider offering an instrument bundle in the future. We'll see how it goes.

Yes! It certainly sounds like I remember it – at least as far as my 50+ years audio memories go … .

I remember something else, too (after double checking with Soniccouture's Kontakt Attic 2 Philicorda): to be really faithful to the original, you should be able to set the bottom 1 1/2 octave as chord keys!

It would be triple cool to have an Audiothing Philicorda v.2, complete with the original's chord function. And even better than the original's preset chords – make the keys user programmable! Jazz chords! And so on …

I think it's an intriguing idea. If it's a viable one is up to you, Carlo. Please?

To be honest, I was never a fan of the chord feature (as in most other chord/organs I've used), so it's unlikely I'll add it to Philicorda. Sorry about that!
