They are both good but I would take time to learn Sigmund sice you already have it. I personally prefer Sigmund 2 to ff timeless 3 by a small margin but I could see people having a different opinion. Both excellent and you can get really creative with them. I will say that none of those are going to be your basic bread and butter delay.
