Moises.ai, in addition to being able to extract 8 different instruments, can extract tempo in a form of a metronome (called Smart Metronome) from the uploaded file. The metronome is almost perfect and you can download it. Not a tempo map per se, but a perfect base for all kinds of beat detection in various daws.
UAD Luna, at least judging by the promo materials, can extract a tempo map from audio with a single click of the mouse using AI. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure I will.
