Having bought T-RackS 5 MAX and:

Leslie, TapeMachine24, Spacedelay, Comprexxor, Sunset Studio Reverb separately

dont qualify for the 99 upgrade, so the announcement was not wrong, only the usual IK policy.

Still there is not even a 50 coupon to get it for 149 but as I wont buy it for that price anyway I just wait till 99 is the regular price in a few month anyway.....

So it seems thats the way it is, I dont worry about the 50 off that still dont appear, wont buy it for 149 anyway. So the announcement is not wrong, only the usual IK policy......

If I click on the picture and then on the 99 Euros upgrade price, I have to select one of the the three different versions. So an upgrade from Tracks 5 max would still be more than 200 Euros (without Jam points) for me.

I have no idea how many processors I have. It's a lot. I have no idea how I'd even find that out without counting them in my DAW's plugin browser. I'm not that interested in doing that. If there's an easier way to find out, please let me know.

That said, with every IK release prior to this, and I'm assuming this one too, you don't lose any of your existing processors when a new version comes out. If you're using individual T-Racks plugins, I'd expect you can just download the new T-Racks CS version and get the ones you own updated for free. Nothing in the "new features/processors" list has any appeal to me whatsoever.

This is a coupon, there's no annoying shop or buggy activation, you can install and authorize in a few clicks.

I (and the Testing Manager + others) have tested with each of these conditions and the coupon is working. Only little help for first question (as posted above): MAX5 brings you 38, rest you have to count (or believe the counting of IK....).

The second maybe important for other people too: NO, not this time, you need a PAYED version of 6 to use your already PAYED processors in it. So you see: they "improved" (their money generating and NO LOYALTY policy....).

T-RackS 6 Intro does not port your previous T-RackS processors.

If you have purchased any modules for T-RackS previously, these will be available in the paid versions of T-RackS 6, T-RackS 6 PRO, and T-RackS 6 MAX immediately after authorization.

T-RackS 6 INTRO cannot load modules from past versions of T-RackS.

It should autopopulate a coupon in your cart if you qualify so they can see what is going odd to make the system miss your particular account. Very strange, like I said I pushed a theory but it would be a real outlier so having specific instances to see what's going on would be appreciated (by me at least, that and a dollar will buy you something... cheap, lol) and very helpful.

At least last answer (after some really useless one ignoring what I already have done and written to them.....) was "we are looking into it".

As I am out at this price anyway I dont worry much about it but: good luck with fixing it, still wondering that these kind of things happen (and you know better then me...) kind of regularly with new products over the years (and mine has been starting with T-RackS 3.......)

Yes, exactly - for 99 I might not be able to resist - for 79 I'd purchase it in a heartbeat - if I could combine the 50 discount with Jam Points I'd not hesitate at all...

but as it is I'll get these new processors for peanuts in a year or two - as I should, because I have FAR FAR to many plugins already anyway.

They just can't play the game very well, it seems. I still didn't upgrade Modo Drums to 1.5 because they ask ridiculous money for it (149 right now, can you believe it?) while I could have purchased the full product several times already for less than I paid for V1 - but it's all good, as I always use Superior Drummer 3 anyway and also have a nigh complete AD2, BFD and more. Chances are I'll never upgrade - I'll certainly not buy the damned thing again...
