Massive and Serum definitely. I think Omnisphere was pretty popular with the hip hop guys and gals during the 10s so probably that as well.

NI Massive & Sylenth1 were very influental synths for EDM. Not only for Dupstep, but D'n'B, Trance & Progressive House producers used them heavily in the period 2007/2017. I personally would never rate Serum as high as these two cause it lacks character imo.
Sylenth1 in particular was like the JP8000 for Trance. You could say it created a genre, the progressive house, lounge variant made famous by artists such as Mango Alley, Dinka (Chris Reece), Arty etc.

U-he's Diva and Xfer's Serum.
Predominantly for EDM-type stuff, but any electronic music genre can be made with them.
For more money, Spectrasonics Omnisphere is the 'desert island' soft-synth; useful for everything from hip-hop, drum n' bass, and trap to game and film soundtracks.
