It is 2 posts. lol I joined a week ago. I have made several plugin purchases. I can't leave feedback until I have been a member for 2 weeks and have at least 5 posts (lol not a problem). My interactions have been pleasant and quick. Maybe I was just lucky but it has been great for me personally.

Oh I didn’t know you’ve got to be sociable to be a buyer.

You don't - that's basically nonsense. The buyer carries a risk to some degree, not the seller.
(I.e. you have to trust them, not the other way around.)
