To say the manics are a crime against music when people like Celine Dion are still allowed to walk the earth is pure folly.

Also, Motorcycle Emptiness was released two years too early to be a huge hit that it should have been but is a brilliant example of how pop music should be done.

Very good point.

However, Celine Dion is horrible and doesnt mean anything to anybody (hopefully!). Whereas the Manics do.

Anyway, starting a thread called "Celine Dion - A crime against humanity" here would be boring

One thing about the Manics is that they should've been massive straight away cause their first few singles blew away the chart fodder. Didnt it take them about three albums to make it big?
