I don't have one yet. Whoever that engineer is will get my lovely normalized tracks, and he/she will be so impressed with the consistency and organization.

If it we're me, i'd do a rough mix, just the levels, and render out the stems. That way when the engineer imports it, the mix is roughly we're you want it right from the start.
