Just type "core parking" in the search
Anyway, I would test another DAW like Reaper and see if I have the same problem first. Just to eliminate it is the system is the cause not the DAW.
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

By any chance , do you have MyASUS or Armoury Crate installed? If so, I strongly recommend getting rid of both of those programs, and replacing them with G-Helper. The resulting performance difference, especially for audio applications, is significant. ASUS make a lot of great hardware, but the Armoury Crate software in particular is terrible. It can absolutely tank your real-time audio performance due to the sheer amount of interrupts it generates. Anything that controls RGB lighting, like iCue or AC, can be a major detriment to audio performance.
This is much further into the weeds, but check if your dGPU is using MSI (not to be confused with MicroStar International, the computer hardware company): message-signaled interrupts. The dGPU driver may not be using MSI, and that can lead to interrupt issues.
