Yes sadly they only release it as part of their hub download process! But I was actually glad I did that because later I got all of theirs anyhow and it was already ready to go for me even though I forgot I had their installer app hah. But I totally understand the hesitation there too.

You can create a support ticket and request an individual installer. I got one because their installation manager isn't compatible with my system but Stutter itself actually works.

This one seems fun. I was about to say "I don't know if this competes with Effectrix" especially because you can layer different stuttering/glitch effects. But after watching a vid on it, it def creates a lot of its own unique mod sounds.
