Lots of great tips here. What I've unfortunately found is that lots of plugins and hardware synths don't seem to detect slides when sent over midi (such as out of the Pigments or Acid V sequencer). Wondering if its the same with most of these others.

Riffer and Seqund seem to work fine with any synth. Can you give some examples of synths where it isn't working?

Acid V midi out to my MiniBrute and Pro-1, Acid V or Pigments sequencer controlling Massive X and Phonec ...
Some of this could be the DAW (FL studio) I just switched to Bitwig so I should try again
But in none of those cases did slides actually occur on the synth receiving the midi out

Massive X (using the Melodic Ground preset) responds fine to slides from Riffer and Seqund. Sorry, I don't own Pigments or Acid V and can't test them.
