Custom project templates. I have a few versions for song creation (e.g., all hardware routed and ready to go, ITB only, etc.) and others for vocal/instrument tracking.

Also, I love my SSL UF1 controller with Logic (and UAD Luna and Ableton). I've got mine customized with some of my most-used commands assigned and it really makes my workflow much smoother.

Actually, because my projects can vary so much, my template largely consist of empty summing stacks, auxes and routing. Leaving everything open and varied from project to project. No reverbs or delays, no mastering effects.

I've tried more detailed configurations in the past, but they only ended up getting in my way most of the time. However, if I have a project with multiple tracks then I do tend to build a more detailed and customised template just for that.

I wish Ableton Live had as flexible zoom system like LogicPro X, hit option key when in view mode and start zoomin tracks and timelines in and out...

I did try that for a while. It just kept on getting in my way as I was missing my "right click menu" option. Instead, I opt to set the marquee as the secondary (command click) option. Between that, the pointer tool the Shift, Option and Command modifiers and the odd shortcut, I almost never have to change the tool.

I wish it were the same in the piano editor, almost, but there is no marquee tool there. Instead the secondary tool is set to Velocity for me, but I still have to occasionally change it to Scissors or Brush. I wish Apple would fix it, so I didn't have to.
