I've got a crazy suggestion.
Record the track again or try another singer.

@kraster has some great EQ suggestions to reduce the problem.

I have Sonible Learn:EQ and the Vocal preset has the bands are separated on the EQ. One of the lines is Nasal, but like someone said you can't tweak that too much. Doesn't sound good.

May I suggest Joyride. It can reduce the nasal sound but not drastically. Then you can use the drive section to enhance the higher frequencies of her vocal.
