still strange, even with false positives you think a company like Korg checks this before, I'm gonna wait.

There's no reliable way to check what Windows Defender will decide to do in the future. Otherwise, malware makers could keep trying feeding stuff until they find something that it says it will never flag as malware.

The AI malware scanning stuff that these companies are pushing is really obnoxious because it will sometimes decide arbitrarily that something is malware, even when it's not, and there's no way to do anything about it once it decides that, since it's a total black box. And the people responsible for it can just shrug and say it's not their fault, blame the AI.
