It doesnt seem to be working as steinbergs finances havent exactly been spectacular :P(2 sales now in the past 3-4 years is it?)

Anyway, If you want to support a company that penalizes its paying customers with unfair copy protection that is your right as a consumer. That is my only beef with Steinberg, I am sure that SX 3 is a great host that will do great things.

Ahh, but you have to remember, the mass public outnumber serious musicians by a huge landslide. Your average Mac user will never even think about Logic, but they all have Garage Band which comes with their OS.

BTW, are there any links that actually have market share numbers and graphs for the host/vst/hardware industry?
