They really need some type of tracking system like other companies.
The way it is now is too mysterious. Its pretty funny and enraging at the same time. You just give them a bunch of money and wait in limbo.

It gets even worse when Sounds Online has a sale. One time an order took about two weeks to ship, even though it was "in stock".
