Actually, I nearly pass out every night working on my own tracks. They're that bad
I'm not kidding.

tired eyes slowly burning - tear garden; all time favourite. drifting off into oblivion after a sixteen hour LSD trip to that album is probably the closest I have come to heaven. my (ex)wife there with me those times certainly made it that much better too.

oh i forgot, actually there would be a tie between that and Mind, TPI by skinny puppy; I don't think that another piece of music has ever reached me on such a deep level as that; it is so strikingly beautiful. And I am the kind of person who can be brought to tears, or covered in goosebumps, etc by a very large variety of music; still that is the one that I love most to go to sleep to... and wake up to in the "morning", any solitary listening time, it's one of my top 5.

I'm in the same boat as mully. Can't lose consciousness while music is playing, unless intoxicated to the point where serious medical troubles would result. My brain, what little of it there is, latches onto musical ideas and won't let go.

Brian Eno - Music For Airports.
Passed out into a mirror after some batshit Lebanese hash relaxing to that one in my youth. 7 years down the toilet right there.
