I applaud anyone trying to further the guitar amp modelling technology.
Unfortunately I find your frequency filtering is too severe. A guitar amp sim should stack up in overall tonal quality against the sound quality of a softsynth. If this means letting some buzz through on the tone then so be it, the user can always drop treble post eq. But if important freqencies are removed by the amp modellers filter, they can never return.
I am not being harsh to you alone, this is my opinion on every amp modeller ever created so far in hardware/software!
Best of luck,
GrantsV

Hi,
Thx for the comments. Dont' worry we'll give you lots of models that have plenty of buzz.

The demo I got for download from the official website today (June 19) is time-limited.
It ends May, 25
So why don't you update your own website? I guess after Computermusic mentions the GXSTACK (and they speak in a good way of it) in the newest addition others will try the demo soon too...Where can I get a working demo? Thanks.

Just downloaded the demo after seeing the $24.99 offer. However - when I choose a preset, none of the amp, cab, or knobs change accordingly so I can't see what change the preset has made - is this just a feature of the demo or does it do this in the full version too? The sound changes, and I can make changes using the knobs but I would expect to see what changes the preset is making.
I have Pentium 4 2.4Ghz 1.5Gb RAM running Cubase SE with Win XP Home SPII, Audiophile 24/96, Radeon 7000 Graphics.

We're checking
. They certainly update using the registered version and Cubase SE 1.07 and _should_ do so in the evaluation version.
Thanks for the report - we'll get back to you.

Thanks - it was sounding nice though, and at $24.99 who can argue?
