what about this?

It's MIDI analysis however. It's not audio analysis or VST, but it is full song analysis.

Would be nice to have one.
Some mastering guys are waiting for it for a long time.
The only sonogram VST I know is in the Steinberg's Mastering Edition.

Try Dopplemangler. It allows you to export the soundfile to bmp format and even edit it in your graphic editor (ie: photoshop).
