It's not a bug, there is only one preset, other are not presets but "extra" style of presets since they produce random values. I don't see the point for presets in an EQ...

If you are interested by the Parametr'EQ pack I can send you a free license. But if you prefer another one, you can wait until the GUI is re-designed. Or you can just wait for another plug-in.
