I wish orion had gui's on the stock effects like this.. instead of the basic 1 tone grey dullness...

here is the list from the readme:
New key limiter tool in piano roll.
New score flipper tool in piano roll.
New level scaling tool in piano roll & event editor.
Little bugfix in note legato tool.
New piano roll tools button for direct access to tools.
New 'Arrange windows' item to leave room for the bottom taskbar (handy under Windows XP).
Keyboard shortcuts now work for detached windows.
Updated to LAME 3.96.1.
Fixed XI file loading bug.
Added per-editor snap override.

I thought the new stuff was for v.6 and 5.02 was just a utility/bugfix update
