PSP mix saturator. is there a freeware alternative?

If you try to open a file at its location and
use the windows explorer then you´ll consume
connections and get refused while being logged in.
Transfer to folder or save target.
the FTP server will kick an IP after ca 4 min
so just wait 4 and try again.
AND use the right username and password!
(he said to the last logger using anonymous 3 times
in a row....)
