Not an jab at you, this is meant constructively: I think the crisis is with you, not with music. You're a musician, right? So make some music that grabs you, wakes you up, etc. And if I don't happen to go for it, no problem. That's how things are. We each like something different. What a boring world it would be if that weren't so. :-)

i HATE that notion. i'd love for us all to be similar. what a party that would be
yea meff, i'm writing music i like. i started getting depressed about being a minority and my music showed it. my music was depressing me even more so that i wrote more depressing music. luckily i spotted this downward spiral. i'll have some happy stuff up soon
