I've been through all of David Bowie's 1974 'Diamond Dogs' album and couldn't find it. It was my best guess.

Not 'Uncle' but a bump for more the more qualified.

Then you're not trying hard enough. Try looking at "Big Brother" around the 2:08 mark, then get back to me...

I didn't even know the album. The tiny bit of vox in the longer snippet set me onto Bowie, 1974 did the rest. I skipped through the tunes rather sloppily.
