Hi- Just checked - I have total of 172 patches for TripleCheese - rsmus7 comes in the lead with 24 presets ... Stephen Wey shows 0 ...

This is the problem - they are just not uploading. I have 553 presets in total on my Zen but 400 seem blocked. I'm not sure if it's this private vs public category though I can't see how you get stuff from one to the other

I think it might have worked now - switched to my laptop instead. Should be 550 presets by my name in total.

Yep, I see 77 Stephen Wey presets for TripleCheese

Stephen any reason you haven't classified the presets by Category?

Yes I can see that your Sakura and TripleCheeze presets have gone through. How did you unblock them ? The public/private categories are managed by Zen, btw, it assigns them automatically behind the scenes (and sometimes got it wrong, something that I've fixed in the upcoming 1.4 version).

I turned on internet access on my laptop and switched back to using that instead of using a second PC as a proxy - it wasn't working properly

There should be 85. I've not categorised them yet - first job was just to get them into the thing

I've installed a fresh copy of Zen on another computer so I can monitor how presets are being distributed in the cloud. It seems to have been busy downloading them for a few hours and is now up to just over 2,300 and has stopped but I know there are at least 10,000 out there as that's what I have on the version on my laptop and all the ones I imported seem to have been uploaded now so why's it stalled?

Again, if you send me your zipped Zen folder I can look at it and tell you why.

Your TripleCheeze presets are arriving for me, but they seem to be duplicates from other presets I uploaded a few days ago.

I can't it's over 400 MB

How many presets are there supposed to be in the cloud? I have over 10,000 locally on my laptop, still stuck on 2,400 on my other computer.

You can upload it to megaupload - there's no reason for these file sharing services to be for pirated stuff only.

If you go to the settings page it displays the number of available presets on the cloud, for each synth.

Well in that case you should definitely have all I've uploaded now anyway as they match what is on my laptop 1:1. But the version on my other computer is still stuck - although now at about 5,500 - it had a spurt of activity this morning then tailed off again.

There is something weird on mine as well - settings page shows 254 TripleCheeze presets, but I only have 217. More on this later...

I'm seeing 253 for Triplecheese now on my desktop and 254 for the laptop I uploaded them from - it's ACE patches I seem to be down on on my desktop - there should be over 800 but right now I only have 126 because downloading has stalled
