Two warnings didn't do the trick, so we'll have to try a week of "child's time out."Meffy wrote:Just a reminder that personal insults / attacks can earn a time-out. The more you indulge in, the more likely it becomes. Discuss the app, not your opinions of each other's intelligence.

I would also suggest a week of this:
Figure is a *such* a cool app. Who cares about the limitations? It's just so darn creative! It's just like having a little slice of Reason in your pocket. Waiting at the bank will never be the same again.

Must admit I loved it at first but it wore thin extremely quickly. Like Propellerheads said, 'perfect for that 5 minute bus ride'. I know what they meant now!J.C wrote:So, it has been almost two months now and still no sign of an update...

Yeah they need to add a bit of content/fx or some interesting innovations to keep it interesting in the long termDogboy73 wrote:Must admit I loved it at first but it wore thin extremely quickly. Figure 1.1 just hit the AppStore
Changelog:
• Save, browse and load song files
• Set length of loop (1,2,4,8 bars)
• Export audio to iTunes File Sharing
• Better recording. Tap record and then draw on the pad to start recording. Or just press Play.
• Performance and bug fixes

Edit: you can start recording from tap, yet you still can't turn the damn metronome off. Other than that - a very welcome update!

The metronome only plays for the first "track" you record- when you change to record another instrument it will be off.

Just updated it and when it opens, all that shows up is the pitch page for the bass. Can't get to any other section of the app.

That's how it looks in landscape mode, flip it and it should work..letthedogdrive wrote:Just updated it and when it opens, all that shows up is the pitch page for the bass. Can't get to any other section of the app.

Yeah, but what's the use of "pad start recording" then?Aural Chaos wrote:The metronome only plays for the first "track" you record- when you change to record another instrument it will be off.

The use is so you don't have to hit record then quickly start playing- not sure what that has to do with the metronome exactly...
