New TB plugin: TB-FIX(flex) Dynamic EQ

I was searching my plugins for something that does downwards expansion, and realised that i have none.
Then i remembered tb Fix.

You can use the dynamic section for any kind of upward or downward compression.
And to be applied in all frequencies, just use one eq section with the smallest q, or set its filter type in auto node link.

I want to control the threshold and ratio separately.

It would be really nice if this would become possible.

And i hope for a reduced latency, or zero latency if it is possible in a future update.
