Some guys report high cpu usage? How high is it and on what specs?

There is always Audio Deluxe. It isn't 50% off, but if you have an account it's a bit less than $89. I can't check right at the moment, but I believe it was less than $80?

anyone have issues getting their serial number? I purchased yesterday and nothing came - then emailed support but got no response

people may want to hold off buying until they sort this out if it is a broader issue and not just me

Just demoed it

Averaging around 13% on WIN7 64 bit - i7 3.4 GHz - 8 GB Ram

Way too high for a delay IMO

Spent about 30 minutes with it - conclusion:

Too hungry

Ugly

Not different enough to keep

Deleted

I'm sure some will like it though.

Got a lot of CPU spikes using DP on mac, using Studio One was better but it uses 17% of my CPU ...

Well, we can't say that their code needs optimizing without examining it, which is actually impossible since it's not an open source software. Who knows, maybe it has some high-quality algorithms? It's better to contact d16 to figure out the reason of high resource consumption.

update - still no serial number or response to any support emails so I will be submitting a paypal dispute

be warned if you are thinking of buying this

This delay is fantastic.. the filters are nice and I like the routing and modulation options.. it hums along nicely on rhythmic progressions... it blends well. I can understand the CPU usage.. it isn't just a simple, half cocked effort here.

I like the size of the GUI too.. it is EASY for me to see and use.. if only it wasn't so busy..

Purchased Friday, serial delivered a matter of minutes later, installed and running a few minutes after that.......

yep did this - plus emails to their support email also not answered...

I imagine they will appear on Monday saying that it was the weekend (even though I contacted them Friday morning). I don't know about them, but I would be manning the emails on the weekend a few days after I launch a major new product...

Fortunately, I am so absorbed in how awesome Valhalla Ubermod is, that I have forgotten about Sigmund for the meantime...

received serial finally this morning

d16 told me that tried to contact me several times but it must have gone to spam folder - however I checked my outlook spam folder plus the gmail junk folder via the web - does anyone else know where emails can get blocked by google apart from these locations? If this is the case I would like to avoid it in the future...
