Why are there 2 VST3 versions in the installer?

I noticed that too, some kind of screw up. The one that says "VST3" is a VST2.

The one that says "Noisy-VST3" is the actual VST3.

From memory.
in v1, for whatever reason studio one need one and the rest of the vst3 hosts including cubase needed the other.
Dont' quite remember why.

Just got back to my Touche' on mac ultra (silicon) and Touche' apps don't work. Something about uvi workstation but don't see any lie' apps. UGH! Has Expressive E abandoned Touche'? Can plug into hardware like mpc and some plugins work but not native Touvhe' apps.
