Was seriously thinking about re-purchasing a Super Bass Station again a few months ago and didn't. Glad I didn't now. Much rather have the plugin. 16 note poly, the effects are fan-frickin-tastic, does have that nice growl, for the sales price, very very tempting.

Used to have the Bassstation II as well, but just didn't do enough to take a spot in my studio. And I agree, a Supernova II plugin would be nice. I've had one now for many many years, and still very much enjoy it... except for the DAC problem, but mine's already been replaced and fixed.

Had the Bass Station in the 90´s. It had a jumpy cutoff poti and making sounds with it was a very random thing. But I liked that sound very much. The Pulse 1 was even greater. This plugin brings back that good memory. Now it´s a total beast with the hipass and distortion. The chorus is mono compatible - hooray. Gforce - now bring a Pulse 1...

A few people have requested that, I've been sharing feedback with the team. It's certainly an interesting idea.
I can personally see why that could be useful. I've been using multiple instances in an Ableton Live Drum Rack to achieve a similar effect.

Yeah, I agree, or at least a deeper discount. The products that provide the freebie seems a little arbitrary to me, especially when it leaves out people who own the hardware BS/BS2. Whatever, though, it's not like $49 is an outrageous price. I'll probably pick it up soon, although I've actually been nonchalantly keeping an eye out for a good deal on a hardware Super Bass Station for the past year to fill a blank 1U space in my rack, but the Super BS seems impossible to find these days.
