Probably going to grab Serato Sample before the year is out. Looks like around $2k spent on the year. No money doesn't on hardware this year... Though next year I'll blow out the hardware budget with new monitors and stands.

Bought everything but Omnisphere,
so many presets are crazy, I remember organizing many HZ Zebra presets, it took me some days.
Zebra is the maximum of presets I can bear haha

Yeah this is how I use them. If I want to sound design a reverb, I'll use ADPTR Utopia. Got other nice tools for building custom delays as well. But if I just want to 'romple' through a bunch of presets, then the Melda devices are great for that. Massive number and variety of presets in these devices.Examigan wrote: Tue Dec 30, 2025 1:09 pmYeah I was a bit confused also…rompler?Teezdalien wrote: Tue Dec 30, 2025 5:39 amEh?billinder33 wrote: Sat Dec 27, 2025 2:54 am

But despite the insane amount of configuration options in the Meldas, I don't find them all that much that fun to do actual design in. Seriously, how many people are writing code just to create a reverb? Who can memorize all the novel delay devices in MTurboDelay and what they do? It's cool that they give you all these options, but I've realized over the years that spending a bunch of time configuring novel verbs and delays isn't a practical use of time. So I bought these specifically for the massive preset libs so I can use them as romplers.

Or Roland Cloud support….
One time my question sat there for 6 months or so. Then when they finally wrote me back, they said sorry we didn’t get back to you and if you still need help, etc., to reply back. So I did, and they never answered me. I replied again a couple months later, still no answer.
