Another very simple DAW just came out of nothing:

LingStation is a Rust-based DAW with an egui/eframe UI, VST3 hosting, a piano roll, and automation tools.

A program for creating cool music using VST3 and CLAP plugins, Audio Clips and Recordings, and Effects. Use the Arrangement tab, the Paramters Tab, the Piano Roll, and the Sidebar Browser and Mixer to make your ideal song. Supports automation lanes, MIDI import, and WAV/FLAC/OGG renders at most standard bitrate and samplerates. Compatible with most PCs and Soundcards. Cross-platform.

Maybe important:
- On Linux, you need ALSA dev packages (libasound2-dev) to build.

Youlean Loudness Meter 2 - Linux BETA

Linux will be supported in the next version of YLM2!

We will start from the app itself, and then slowly add more formats. The idea is to use CLAP and/or VST3 for plugins.

On the first page it was mentioned that there was a rumour about Kilohearts releasing Linux native plugins. Has anyone heard anything about that since?

I went and contacted them directly about the rumor. They told me it was planned for version 4. Considering they are currently on version 2.4.6, make of it what you will. :/

Native Linux VST3 builds of all 4 OD plugins (Limen, DeEdger, Finesse, Ancora) are up for free testing. No Wine, no yabridge - fully native.
