Where's the dark & dreary Sickle-skin? You people are way too happy with your colors, you need some balance. I'd like a tombstone-laden GUI if you don't mind..

:D

I think I saw you mention a "light" version earlier in the thread. I would go along with this, too. Ideally it would lose the auto filter, have only 3 or 4 bands and work in economy mode by default. If that would reduce the CPU to negligible, this would be the perfect utility track EQ.
As a freeware filter plugin quite similar to this one with only 3 bands, you ave smartelectronix Nyquist, which is pretty good.
I like POsihfopit so much because it has those featurs others don't have, and it is not sooo cpu hungry...
I like it as it is !

I heard some good about Paris eq soft distortion... Is it close from Posihfopit or not at all ?

i made a black & dark grey skin, but it isn't yet perfect...
I have no more free space on my webpage, so i don't know where to put it to give it free to download...

I know about NyquistEQ and I don't like it anywhere near as much as posihfopit.

I'm not asking for it to be changed. I'm suggesting what can disappear from the "light" version. Perhaps you should have read my post.

yep, I 'm with Scuzzphut on this one - rarely use NyquistEQ (mainly because of the missing frequency/gain/q-information) but I find Poshifopit brilliant. Personally I also like its sound more, etc. it's simply fantastic - personally I think 5 bands would be ideal... :-D

Thanks very much for this EQ - I put a little (1.5dB) of your transistor creaminess on a 12KHz shelf - very nice! It's a keeper I believe.

With the latest version you can save your own 'default'. It will be stored in the windows registry and will be used for any reset, etc.

Hi Christian,

really nice work!

A minor issue (as a I didn't engage to much bands yet): Current settings are not saved/restored with Cubase SX 3 (build 3.xxx.622).

cheers,

I still get more than 50% CPU usage on my Celeron 2.4MHz during silence...
