Try Ctrl+click (or Cmd+click?)braj wrote:I don't know if it makes total sense with this product since there is no real init state, but I keep double clicking controls hoping to go back to "zero" but that isn't implemented. I know zero is not zero when the sound sources are samples.

An "Always Glide Function" would be cool, like NI's Monark has it,which is always active if turned on. For poly- and monophonic modes, maybe with a simple button on the panel.

I just bought this but am having real trouble getting it all to download and install properly.
I have downloaded several of the packs multiple times and they always seem to have issues when unzipping, some parts of the packs don't uinzip properly, it still installs but is missing some .paks and some presets don't work. some presents down work.
Also some of the instruments did unzip without error... but then there are still packs missing when I install
Did anyone else have these issues or is it just me?

I didn't have any issues. What OS? What app are you using to unzip? I would also make a support ticket with IK.SLiC wrote:I just bought this but am having real trouble getting it all to download and install properly.

Probably to much load on the servers resulting in a corrupt file. Try a bit later.

A quick reminder... If you were one of the folks who jumped on the initial release (I was).. and registered your copy / sounds back in July '17 - your sound download access may be expiring this week or next, depending on when you did it. E.G. My access will expire in 8 days. So... you can either makes certain you have a copy of the sound downloads.. or . . you will have to purchase download credits ( $9.99 ) if you want or need to download them later.

IK should really be ashamed of themselves for inflicting that on its customers.Doc Brown wrote: Download credits?!

Yep whack the full installers with sample packs onto an external drive ASAP. Made the mistake of not doing so with SampleTron and SampleMoog - now every installer from every manufacture gets backed up on my external HD so such shenanigans don't take place again.

It's like the products we've purchased are held for ransom.

I have all my installers and serials neatly organised and backuped up several times.
That's the first thing i do when i buy a product.
